Controlled Atmosphere Storage System

This product has been discontinued and removed from our shelves.

Overview
In a controlled atmosphere storage system, such as this marine fresh keeping equipment for ships, nitrogen replaces oxygen in the storage unit to slow the deterioration rate of fruits and vegetables. Humidifiers and ethylene removal device help to adjust the humidity and ethylene content so that an ideal fresh-keeping effect can be obtained with this cold storage equipment.

In addition, we provide inert gas fire protection system for safe storage of oils and explosive materials. It fills the inert storage cabinet with a nitrogen concentration of 92% - 95%, ensuring that oil with a low flash point and flammable or explosive materials are in a relatively safe environment.

Joint Test
In order to verify the performance of a controlled atmosphere storage system (CA storage), joint tests are carried out in simulation rooms built for the purpose of testing functions such as: oxygen reduction, ethylene removal, ventilation for oxygenation, room pressure protection, door switches, and supporting powersupply boxes. EMC and environmental tests are done at the China Shipbuilding Industry Equipment Electrical Environmental and ReliabilityTesting Center.

Electronic equipment passes GJB151A-97 EMC-related tests run by the China Shipbuilding Industry Equipment Electrical Environmental and Reliability Testing Center.

The controlled atmosphere storage system passes vibration, rocking, tilting, salt spray and other related environmental tests.
